If you become a client, running your campaigns means we may need access to information beyond a typical website visit. This can include:

• Access to your social media pages, ad accounts, and Business Manager (Meta, Google, or similar platforms), granted by you and revocable at any time
• Campaign data — audience targeting, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and performance reports
• Creative assets you provide — logos, photos, videos, brand guidelines, and copy
• Business details needed for invoicing, contracts, and reporting
• Login credentials or access tokens for tools we use on your behalf, stored only for the duration of our engagement

We treat this information as confidential and use it only to plan, run, and report on the work you've asked us to do. We don't use one client's business data or campaign performance to benefit another client.

07Storage & security

We keep information only as long as it's needed — for active clients, this means the length of our engagement plus a reasonable period for reporting and tax records. Access to ad accounts and Business Manager tokens is limited to the team members working on your account, and we remove our access when an engagement ends unless you ask us to retain it.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
